Here's one of my favourite sources of vegan protein. It's cheap, easy to make, quick, filling, low calorie and super tasty. It's silken tofu dip. Just whisk the tofu with your favourite herb and spice flavours (mine is garlic, coriander, lemon, vinegar, chilli, pepper and vegan stock powder). I like to throw in spring onions too.
